1. General Principles

Due to the time-sensitive and knowledge-based nature of legal consultation, most of our services are non-refundable once work has commenced. However, we are committed to fairness and will review every request individually.

2. Refund Eligibility

You may be eligible for a refund if:

• The service has not yet started (e.g., no legal review, correspondence, or document analysis has occurred)
• Payment was made in error or duplicated
• A full package was canceled before confirmation or client onboarding

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds are not issued if:

• Legal review, analysis, or consultation has already begun
• Client fails to submit necessary documentation or respond in a timely manner
• Delays occur due to third parties (e.g., notary, seller, municipality)

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, contact us in writing via email at legal@estatesecure.ch. Include your name, invoice number, service type, and reason for the request.

• Refunds are processed within 10 business days of approval
• Refunds will be made to the original payment method

5. Partial Refunds

If only part of a multi-phase package was used (e.g., contract review completed but not representation), a partial refund may be issued based on time and work already performed.

6. Legal Jurisdiction

This policy is governed by Swiss contract law. Any disputes arising in relation to refunds shall be settled in the courts of Bern, Switzerland.
